Cancellation when design has been chosen. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment of the cake balance is required if cancellation is within 3 hours of the cake order, all cancellations must be submitted in writing by registered post and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure receipt of the cancellation. On receipt of the cancellation you will be sent confirmation and information of any amounts due at the cancellation date, these amounts must be paid within 7 days of confirmation cancel order, any unpaid balances will be pursued through the small claims court and customers will be responsible for costs and expenses incurred in this process.
SN Flowers ‘N’ Gifts believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
· Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
· There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
· No cancellations are entertained for those products that the marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
· SN Flowers ‘N’ Gifts does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
· In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points.
· All items can’t be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
· Once we receive the return from you, we will intimate you on your email, to compensate for the shipping charges you paid to return the product.
· We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you.
· We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).
Please Note: We may not be able to exchange products once the order is placed after 3hours. Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.
